All paddles sold on this website are covered under full manufacturer warranty. Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms which you can find on their website. Use the receipt you receive upon confirmation to initiate a claim. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding warranty.We are unable to accept returns on paddles that have been used. If you would like to exchange a brand new paddle you purchased through us, reach out and we can do our best to accomodate.All paddles are shipped using usps ground shipping. If you have different shipping requests please reach out and let us know what you need. We can generally ship same day for orders placed by 3PM PST. Orders placed after that will usually ship the following day. We will let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.
