All paddles are shipped using USPS Ground. If you have different shipping needs, please reach out and let us know what you need.

Orders placed by 3 PM PST generally ship the same day. Orders placed after that will usually ship the following day. We'll let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns on paddles that have been used.

If you would like to exchange a brand-new paddle you purchased from us, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Warranty

All paddles sold on this website are covered by the full manufacturer warranty. Each manufacturer has its own warranty terms, which you can find on their website. Use the receipt you receive with your order confirmation to start a claim.
